Refunds & Returns Policy

At Groova, each piece is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

However, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return (Store Credit Only):

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error.

  • If you received the wrong size or color compared to your order.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

  • Items worn, washed, or altered by the customer.

🎁 Store Credit:

For eligible returns, instead of a refund to your original payment method, we will issue a Groova Store Credit (digital coupon) equal to the value of your purchase.

  • This credit can be used for any product in our store.

  • Store credit codes do not expire.

📦 How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at groovashop@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

  3. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process and issue your store credit.
